Image Requirements for upload:
In order to get the best results, your photo should be around 4x6 or bigger @ 300dpi (print quality). A good indication of this is by the file size. Higher quality jpegs can range from 150kb up to 10mb. Anything less than 150 kb will most likely not be print quality .

If the only photo you have available is printed, you are more than welcome to mail in your photograph to be professional scanned. Rest assure we will handle your photograph with the utmost care and will return it along w/ the music box when completed. We currently use 2 carriers for all domestic and international shipments. Domestic orders with a U.S. physical street address will be shipped via UPS. P.O Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, CANADA and INTERNATIONAL BOUND ORDERS will be shipping via United States Parcel Service.
Delivery Estimate
Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on several key factors. Given the usual lead time of "in stock" items, we generally ship out orders the same day or the following business day. Any order placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will ship out that following MONDAY. Please take in consideration the delivery method you choose in calculating an estimated delivery date. Orders going via GROUND can be as soon as 1 business day and up to 5 business days depending on delivery location. All order ship out of Los Angeles, CA.

Replacements / Exchanges
First contact us about the issue for replacement or exchange. We will immediately process and ship out the replacement order within 24 hrs. A pre-paid return label will be included in the shipment. Please use the new shipping box along with the pre-paid label to send back the damaged item(s).

Orders that were fulfilled as requested and arrived in perfect condition and is being returned for refund at buyer's remorse (just didn't like it) is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
