SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently use 3 different delivery services. All domestic orders are shipped via UPS (USPS for APO, FPO, DPO & PO Boxes as well as AK & HI). USPS and DHL are available for all international orders.
Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on several key factors. Given the usual lead time of "in stock" items, we generally ship out orders within 24 hrs from the time of receipt. Any order placed on a SATURDAY or SUNDAY will ship out that following MONDAY. Please take in consideration the delivery method you choose in calculating an estimated delivery date. Orders going via GROUND can be as soon as 1 business day and up to 4 business days depending on delivery location. All order ship out of Los Angeles, CA.
FREE shipping is always available for regular priority or ground shipping. For other expedited services, we charge a single flat fee for each shipment. There are no additional fees for orders with multiple items. Please note that APO, FPO, or DPO addresses may take longer due to the nature of mail processing for these types of locations (up to 1-2 Weeks.)

Problem With Orders
We pride ourselves by giving our customers the best experience possible. Exceptional customer service is rare these days and we rely on such services to maintain a lifelong customer. The most important aspect of such service is reassurance. All our products of the highest quality and is guaranteed to arrive as requested and is in perfect condition.
Returns, Replacements, & Exchanges
If the order is incomplete or damaged in any way, don't despair. We are here to help and will go above and beyond to get you another item immediately with a pre-paid return label for the one you have now. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (866)622-8842 to discuss details.
Replacements / Exchanges
First, contact us about the issue for replacement or exchange. We will immediately process and ship out the replacement order within 24 hrs. A pre-paid return label will be included in the shipment. Please use the new shipping box along with the pre-paid label to send back the exchange or damaged item(s).
Please note Custom Mechanical Movement Orders are NOT REFUNDABLE. The process to make the custom movement with a factory is very unique and your song is one of a kind and can't be returned or resold, therefore it is None Refundable.

Please note the following:
- Orders that were fulfilled as requested and arrived in perfect condition and are being returned for refund at buyer's remorse (just didn't like it) are subject to a 15% restocking fee, but we strive not to charge you any restocking fee unless item has some custom work done to it.
- Orders for music boxes fitted with the electronic module (custom tune/song) are usually non-refundable type of orders due to the nature of the long and tedious customization they involve. We will always try to take care of our customers and will try to get it returned no matter what. We will do all we can to satisfy your end request.
- Custom Made Mechanical Movements are none refundable. If you ordered one you know the process is long and everything is approved prior to ordering.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- Any specialty item option (e.g. Engraving, Gift Wraps) are also non-refundable.
Payment & Pricing
Music Box Attic accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, electronic payments such as PayPal and Google Checkout. Payments made by personal check, money order or cashier's checks are accepted but need to be arranged prior to mailing. Checks are made out to MUSIC BOX ATTIC.
Information about our customers is an important part of our business. We are not in the business of selling your information to others. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. After 30 days, the credit card details on any order placed online is automatically discarded as standard protocol. Only the last 4 digits and expiration date are kept for future reference only.
