- For purchases from January to end of November, please report any and all returns within 10 days of merchandise arrival (no exceptions). PLEASE NOTE, DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON, WE HAVE NO PROBLEM IF YOU RETURN THE ITEM OR EXCHANGE AFTER CHRISTMAS, AT ANY TIME AFTER, BUT NO LATER THEN JANUARY 20TH, of whatever year it is.
You are definitely guaranteed 100%, but our store policies must be followed for the 100% guarantee. Thank you very much for understanding!
- IMPORTANT...You MUST return the merchandise (even if damaged or not working) in the same condition as received, with original packing, without any writing on the box the items came in. If you tell us the box is not playing / bad movement, and return it with damage, we will not be able to get you a refund.
- We MUST be contacted before making any return for valid authorization.
- If the merchandise is not as described, a full refund will be issued, shipping possible will not be refunded.
- If merchandise is as described shipping will not be refunded and a 15% re-stocking fee may be applied.
