For digital love music boxes, you can certainly get a custom song. For traditional mechanical boxes, custom tunes are possible but are subject to the technical constraints of the musical mechanism. Digital custom music boxes are a great alternative to creating a song of your choice but lack the nostalgia and traditional look and feel of the music box. Do note that custom mechanical movements take about 4 to 6 weeks to make and cost a lot more to create.
