The following discounts are applied to wholesale orders:

• $500 - $2,000 and receive a 25% wholesale discount
• $2,001 - $5,000 and receive a 30% wholesale discount
• $5,001 – $10,000 and receive a 35% wholesale discount
• $10,000+ please contact us for a discount and the availability of your order.

Please note that you must follow these main guidelines to be approved for a wholesale discount with us.

1. Minimum opening wholesale music/keepsake box orders and reorders cannot be less than $500.
2. We do not drop ship at this time.
3. Additional coupon codes are not applicable to the wholesale discount noted above.
4. A resale license is required to open a wholesale account, so you’ll need to enter the number at checkout.
5. If you registered for a normal/retail account, you need to use a different email to register for a wholesale account.
6. We might require you to provide your resale website or store name and address for further proof upon request.
7. The wholesale discount will show after you have added your items to the cart. It will not show on the product pages.
8. We apologize, but shipping costs are not being displayed at this time at checkout. The cost for shipping on all wholesale musical keepsake boxes is 10% of the shopping cart and will be manually added and charged to the order after it is received.
9. Shipping times may vary based on the product ordered and quantity, we will contact you if there are any delays.

If a product is out of stock, it will either be refunded or sent when the products are back in stock.
