A combination of old world charm and modern design, the gorgeous crystal music box with dragon feet is a perfect addition to any home. The overall design is based on minimalistic approach when sometimes less is in fact, more. Balanced on feet designed around the concept of a dragon and showcased inside a crystal enclosure is an 30 note mechanical movement, the magic behind a music box's timeless appeal. The crystal itself plays into 2 key roles. The obvious being the characteristics of a transparent enclosure, typically associated with exhibits of priceless objects. This enables one to marvel at the inner workings that produces the distinctive sound. The other role being a catalyst in amplifying sound. Every time a note on the comb is struck, the sound reverberates off the crystal panels producing a much clearer and harmonious tone. For added convenience, an "on and off" switch is discreetly placed in the front center of the music box in the form of a brass sphere.

The wonders of sound will soon fill the room with a melody that only a precision mechanical movement can produce. It will sure bring moments of tranquility time and time again. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently use 2 carriers for all domestic and international shipments. Domestic orders with a U.S. physical street address will be shipped via UPS. P.O Boxes, APO, FPO, DPO, CANADA and INTERNATIONAL BOUND ORDERS will be shipping via United States Parcel Service.

Delivery Estimate

Our estimated delivery date for your order is based on several key factors. Given the usual lead time of "in stock" items, we generally ship out orders the same day or the following business day. Any order placed on SATURDAY or SUNDAY will ship out that following MONDAY. Please take in consideration the delivery method you choose in calculating an estimated delivery date. Orders going via GROUND can be as soon as 1 business day and up to 5 business days depending on delivery location. All order ship out of Los Angeles, CA.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS AND EXCHANGES

Replacements / Exchanges

First contact us about the issue for replacement or exchange. We will immediately process and ship out the replacement order within 24 hrs. A pre-paid return label will be included in the shipment. Please use the new shipping box along with the pre-paid label to send back the damaged item(s).

Returns / Refunds

First contact us for AUTHORIZATION for a return / refund. Once obtained, please return item to the address below. Please reference original order number:

Orders that were fulfilled as requested and arrived in perfect condition and is being returned for refund at buyer's remorse (just didn't like it) is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable
Any specialty item option (e.g. Engraving, Gift Wraps) are also non-refundable.

Music Box Attic accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, electronic payments such as PayPal and Google Checkout. Payments made by personal check, money order or cashier's checks are accepted but need to be arranged prior to mailing. Checks are made out to MUSIC BOX ATTIC.
